Before assuming the different Ministerial Positions, Ex. Sheik established an Advisory Firm Masharek 360 Solutions Middle East; specialized in creative strategies and executives coaching in collaboration with 360 Solutions USA Before getting into the Advisory and Coaching world; Her Excellency assumed top positions in different local and regional Telecom companies for good 12 years, and in 2006 she was named as the first female CEO for a GSM Operator in the world. H.E was the Vice-Chair for the Young Presidents’ Organization Jordan Chapter, and was previously the President of the International Women’s Forum / Jordan Chapter; she also served as an active member at the Economic and Social Council of Jordan; She also assumed different Board positions at the private sector and chaired the board of Directors for different entities at the public sector.
H.E holds a first-class Honors BSc in Finance from Yarmouk University; a Certified Management Accountant from the USA; A Global Senior Management Certificate from both University of Chicago and IE University in Spain. Effective Leadership Certificate from Columbia University; a Certified Professional Coach from the World Coach Institute- USA.
