  • 17 years of experience across the Middle East working with Governments, global multinational corporates serving local, regional, and global customers.
  • Transformed the Ministry of ICT to become the Ministry of  Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship with an expanded scope and mission. 

  • Led the adoption of more than 13 public policies to support the country's digital transformation, including Laws,  bylaws, and government policies.
  • Grew the number of E-Services from the 97-service beginning of 2018 to 378 Service, 289% growth in two years compared to the previous 17 years from the beginning of the E-Government program. 
  • Grew the number of digital governmental transactions 400%  YoY from 2019 to 2020. 
  • Planned and led the execution of the Shared Services architecture for the government of Jordan Digital  Transformation, including, Digital ID system, Consolidated  Data Base, Cloud Services, Customer Satisfaction measurement tools, Business Process Management, etc.
  • Attracted multiple foreign technology companies to come and operate from Jordan and led the policies which led to the growth of existing ones.
  • Drove the connectivity between Jordan and Iraq through fiber capacity to support the growth of broadband services in Iraq.
  • Led the creation of the Youth technology and Job’s project, a  200 MUSD program funded by the World Bank over 5 years to enhance the digital skills, GIG economy, Digital Payments,  Digital Government Transformation acceleration, incentives for the growth of digitally-enabled businesses in Jordan.
  • Initiated the PPP agreement with IFC to contract a private sector operator to manage/operate and monetize the National Broad Band Network, 6000 KM of fiber across the country.
  • Mobilized the Jordanian tech startups to create solutions to provide basic services and reactivate the economy during  COVID-19 lockdown periods.
  • Led Ericsson business in Jordan, the youngest business leader for a country in the region and one of the youngest globally.
  • Elected board member at The Information & Communications Technology Association – Jordan (int@j) to lead the sustainable prosperity of the ICT sector in Jordan.
